We help carwashes with a data-driven marketing strategy, including the software platform needed for it. We also take the execution of these marketing campaigns off the carwash owners' hands. That makes us an all-in-one marketing solution.
Behind GRITsuite is an entrepreneurial founder with a clear vision. Now we're looking for a second key player to help build the growth of our company.
What will you do?
As an Allround Marketing & Operations Specialist, you're the right hand of the founder & managing director and involved in nearly every aspect of GRITsuite. You're broadly deployable, switch effortlessly between creative, technical and strategic work, and get the room to take initiative.
- Setting up and managing campaigns in the GRITsuite software for our customers.
- Helping shape GRITsuite's own marketing strategy.
- Supporting the development of our software and contributing to the development roadmap.
- Coming up with and executing marketing campaigns and innovative partnerships for our customers.
- Optimizing customer processes and spotting opportunities for product improvement.
- Sparring with the owner on strategy, growth and innovation.

Who are you?
- You have experience with marketing, communications and SaaS/software (or a strong affinity for it).
- You're analytical and creative; you switch easily between strategy and execution.
- You feel at home in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- You're curious, eager to learn and not afraid to pick up new things.
- You have a hands-on mentality and think in solutions.
